It was the last day of Chinese New Year, there was a celebration going on and a friend took me to this place to see it. I didn't know what the place was called but it was an old temple turned shop houses for tourist. Most of the shops were closed for the celebration, it didn't bother me much..

Night shots are a pain but when celebrations are at night, there's nothing much you can do. I didn't have my tripod with me so higher ISO will have to do. Luckily I brought my 50mm f/1.4 with me.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to take better night photos?
