That's a nice shot dude.. Nice and clear. The branch at the lower part looks kinda cool and the ships at the sea is a great catch as well.
One thing I don't like is that the horizon is at the center of the photo. And so I'll give you a 3.5.
nice shot, 3.49 worth.I think the foreground is a bit distracting, maybe u can make it move back a bit but nice subject and placement.
