a fiver almost but would not it better if the background waas blured and due to that, a '4' is what i can give... sorry bro!

I think not all photos should have a blurry background. This is a beautifully shot photograph with a nice clean background and odd clouds and it would have been ashamed if it was blurred.
What I would suggest is that maybe you could use your flash to make rid of the shadows on the meter caused by the sun. Otherwise, pretty impressive. 4.8 in my book.

I like anonymous comment. A +ve criticism, please contribute more on other photos too. I am new too the world of photography so I misled by the title and story of the photo which is about the meter.
