For this one i have to set the tripod up. And it's quite hard to get focus on the white backdrop, and what i did was, i tore a page out of a magazine, not photo related magazine though, get a focus lock on it, then set the camera on timer, press the shutter and run like hell, the difficult bit was keeping the frame steady. It was not perfect, so i have to play with PSCS to get the transformation right. Ahh...
