Yesterday I went out to see the National Day Parade Rehearsal in Singapore.
I shot this on the 17th floor of Maybank Towers. The yellow blobs on the lower part of the photo are actually balloons being dragged by boats towards the floating stage (on the left where the smaller fireworks are). Its blurry because of the slow shutter speed I had on to catch the fireworks.

I'm still learning here. It was a pity the top part of the fireworks got cut of in the photo. I had it all planned out. I brought my tripod with me but because I was in a room full of spectators, I had no control of the light in the room, which caused reflections on the windows. So scrapped the tripod, and laid the camera as close as possible to the glass window on a table.
This was the only one out of almost 20 photos that came out just about nice..
