a little of both.. the lighting in that area wasn't good and I din have my tripod with me for a slower shutter speed so I had to use a higher ISO, slow enough a shutter speed so that the camera would catch an image without it producing too much shake blur.. too technical for you? hehe..
However, it being dark makes it look abit moer eerie, doesn't it?
