The perahu tambang operators are very friendly, i was offered for a ride around Kampong Ayer when he saw me with camera shooting the scenery at Kampong Ayer, thanks anyway. If i am not mistaken, the fee for a ride with the perahu tambang is less than a dollar per trip.
