Be patient, it may take a few hours, or even a few trips, to the outdoors before you have the change to see any wild animals. Keep the faith, it will happen eventually. Wild animal are not often inclined to cooperate with you by being in the perfect lighting at all times, so you should basically take what you can get. Don't miss out on a shot because the lighting is less than ideal.
