Okay.. so maybe I spoke too soon about him being a better photographer than the rest of us.. This photo arrived just as I finished the last post and I couldn't help myself but to post it straight away. Abit of photoshop helped though, I decolorized it, darkened the darks and lightened the lights to give it a little 'oOOomph'!!
I don't quite understand this photo but judging by the shutter speed, I think what he's trying to do is catch the flow of the water running down. The thing is, it wasn't focused on it, looking at the tap (blurred). Still, its good to see all those ideas running in his head.

Interesting concept of photography, a test shot for shooting waterfall i presume. It'll be better if the 'kepala paip' is in the picture. Good attempt of playing around with shutter speed.
