The day turns night at around 8:21pm in Auckland. I had to wait another hour before I could take this.
This one was done with 3 photos, shot at different shutter speeds. 3 seconds for the lights so that it wouldn't shine so bright in the photo, 15 seconds to bring out the buildings and lastly, 30 seconds for the sky.
All photos were shot in raw file and edited in Lightroom and Photoshop. I'm still learning how to blend and mask the photos correctly together.. masking is my greatest challenge.
I was hoping that I could capture more details on the wooden planks which is also the walkway, but it was too dark, no light was reflecting on it so I guess that's why it wouldn't show. I could have tried a higher ISO maybe, but leave that for next time.
Comments please.. if you know what I did wrong, I would appreciate the help.
