One of my first HDR photo is of this tower. Since then I've gotten a little better so it's time for another visit and see how different I could do it this time.. Not that much different I should say.. Hehe!!
The clear skies helped made the photo.. cleaner. Even caught 4 stars at the top left corner.

A 7 photo HDR for the tower, 4 photo DRI for the 'Sky City' lights and one single photo for the sky, tower glass pane and the red banner.
A long exposure for the sky allows me to capture the stars and a some blue tint which was enhanced in CS3.
Downside with the long exposure was a lot of glare turned up because of the spotlight bouncing off the tower and onto my lens. Took me half an hour to clear all 38 of them..
Some noise reductions and a little sharpening as required.
